 - The Attendant was very helpful with my printed parking conformation and I had trouble scanning with the the exiting machine that would not recognize the parking print-out when was leaving the lot. The parking attendant help me out with no problem and take a look at your the scanners. Overall, very easy and quick to enjoy the Philly night life..

 - Attendant seemed to expect a printed ticket despite being shown the email receipt and the website confirmation. Fortunately, we were let out without having to pay the fee a second time. I thought we lived in the 21st century! I suggest letting the customers know which lots still require you to print out a ticket.

 - Lot was easy enough to find. Very close to where I was headed. Much better experience than the last parking service I used. And customer service was also very helpful when I called. Would use again.

 - It was convenient having a "plan" for parking although I didn't realize how far it would feel from the Electric Factory. It was a little confusing as to how it worked to redeem but the people who worked there were helpful.

 - THE PRE PAYMENT WORKED WELL AS WE DID NOT KNOW THE AREA AROUND THE PA CONVENTION CENTER, AND DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PARKING AND THEN THE DISTANCE WE HAD TO WALK TO GET TO THE VENUE.

 - Pre-paying online for reserving a parking space worked out well for me. It was a healthy walk to my 2 destinations from the 1201 Callowhill St location to 9th and Arch, and to the PA Convention Center at 13th & Arch. It was reasonably priced for a full day. I would do that again when needed. Thanks.
