Target parking - P5522

 - I totally concur with other customers calling-out the NONSENSICAL placement payment machines on a SINGLE subterranean level instead of IN THE LOBBY where they clearly belong. The fact that only ONE machine (out of a whopping *TWO* for this five-level garage) has been working on my last two visits mean I'm skipping this garage. (That means we skip you too, Target...)

 - Terrible 'new' placement of parking validation machines! They used to be located in Target lobby so one can validate on the way back to their car. Recently (Jan. 2018) they have been over to a parking level that does not access the main garage area, so one has to go down in the elevator to the machine, then back up where one's car is. The Target elevators are crowded and slow already, before all the unnecessary elevator trip to reach the validation machine. PLEASE REPLACE AT LEAST ONE VALIDATION MACHINE TO THE TARGET LOBBY LEVEL.
