Minetta Garage

 - This garage was great. Friendly and professional service. I was only there for a few hours and price was very reasonable.

 - Was directed to this garage to use a charger for my car. When I arrived I inquired how it worked, if I had to pay to park or just pay to charge.. I was told that it was seperate. I charged fior 45 minutes, then returned, paid at the charger and tried to leave. They stopped me saying that I owed them $27 in parking. They blocked my car in with other cars until I called the police to get them to let us leave. Rude theives!

 - I had the worst experience parking here. I purchased parking from Spot Hero which gave me 2 hours of parking at Minetta from 7pm to 9pm. I arrived 10 minutes early I asked the attendant if it was a problem since parking was to begin a 7pm. I was assured that it would not be an issue. When I returned at 9pm the same attendant said I owed $15 extra because I was clocked in at 6:50. Now remember he assured me that the 10 minutes would not be an issue. I said you have to be kidding me. He was not! The same attendant who looked me in my face and assured me there would be no problem was now adamant that I pay more. It was so humiliating as there were other customers watching all of this. I'm wondering if he set me up on purpose be that would be so petty. Fortunately my car was parked a few feet away so I just got in it and drove away. There was no way I was going to accept that. Do not park here there are plenty of other garages that will not try and pull that sort of crap.
